You're stranded on a desert island. The upside? You have a fancy solar-powered ipod that can play video. The downside? You can only choose five episodes (maximum of one hour in length) from five different TV shows.

There are rules: choosing an episode that's only a half-hour long doesn't allow you any more room, and you can't give up one show to make room for a two-parter from another. You have to choose five different shows, and you're only allowed one episode from each.

My List (at this very moment, of course)

1. Firefly - Out Of Gas
2. The X Files - Pusher
3. Stargate Atlantis - Duet
4. Stargate SG-1 - The Other Side
5. Star Trek Deep Space Nine - Trials and Tribblations

This sounds like fun. I like your choices, but I think my list, as of this moment would be:

1. Torchwood - Captain Jack Harkness
2. Supernatural - Bad Day at Black Rock
3. The X-Files - The Ghost who Stole Christmas
4. Buffy The Vampire Slayer - Fool For Love
5. Stargate SG-1 - The Shroud

Wow, that was actually harder than I thought it would be, I kept changing my mind and I still wound up without anything from Starsky & Hutch, NCIS, or Forever Knight.

Yeah, it's always tough to do these things. TXF is the hardest for me. I wavered on Bad Blood and War of the Coprophages and others for humor. I watched How The Ghosts Stole Christmas this holiday season, as I always do, and it is soooo lovely that I understand why you picked it. But I went with my overall favorite episode, despite its more serious tone. I took the humor with SGA and DS9.

I love Bab Blood too, I started to go with more angsty episodes, which Pusher definitely qualifies for, but decided that I was in the mood for comedy and romance, hence the Buffy and Torchwood episodes. I watch The Ghosts who stole Christmas every year while I put my tree up. It's tradition

Absolutely a tradition.

Do you know about this?

I contributed some icons this year for the first time. It is so much fun, and I can only hope that DL keeps it up! ("We haven't forgotten the true spirit of Christmas.")
