Defiance

So, it's be a long time since I was completely caught up in a show. Since I keep thinking about the latest episode long after it aired. Since I watch the episodes more than once before the next one even airs. But Defiance has snared me, and this week's episode is part of why. I want to write up some words about the lovely, but I just haven't found the time yet. So, for now, this little ditty from the pilot (which I'm rewatching right now), will have to do.

"This'll be just like Kansas City."
"You got knifed in Kansas City."
"This is a completely different situation."

"Hey, Doc. How you doin' up there?"
"I you rush me, we all go boom. If you yell at me, we all go boom. Now you know how I'm doing up here."

I skipped over the post to avoid spoilers but I'm glad you're on board with this show. I have it sitting on my DVR but I keep avoiding watching it because the first two episodes underwhelmed me. I'll give it another looksee based on your recommendation. Ah the pressure!!

And I liked it from the pilot on. That said, it hits its stride for sure later on.
