It’s one of the things that makes him... him.

Without it, he’d be a different person.

And if he were different, well, I wouldn’t be in this position.

But he’s who he is, and I here I am again.

Right in front of him, watching him eyeball a blonde bimbo across the room.

I wouldn’t change him. Really. I wouldn’t.

It’s just… sometimes I wish he didn’t see better from a distance.

Then again, I suppose it’s only fair.

Because I’m pretty sure there are times he wishes I didn’t keep my cool when things get up close and personal.

wow I really, really liked this!

Loved the end where she wishes he maybe wouldn't see better from a distance and instead see whats right in front of him.... and on the flip side how he probably wants her to not be so cool and actually maybe show jealousy/interest/other emotions etc. and yet she doesn't want him to change...

This feels like it could lead into an "and the two finally get together" story, but it is also really beautiful and lovely staying as this drabble. :)
