Practice Does Help

So, all that fic has helped with something! It seems I can write if I try! (Granted, I did skip around a bit today, but that's ok. Not the first time, and it won't be the last!)

Twenty thousand, baby! Woot! My day was a complete waste today. I was off work but didn't accomplish much of anything, which always makes me feel pathetic. However, I did manage to get some writing done just now and I'm at my goal for today! YAY!

Oh, and as much as I love him, it was time to let the Pauley go. I need my counter back, dammit. Oh, screw that, I'm keeping my boy for a bit longer. Counter will be updated here for now, until the Pauley goes back into the ether again!

I lost a ton of steam after the first few days, too. Now, I've been making myself write instead of enjoying it. And remember that the tortoise did catch the hare...since I've got some room, I might just have to write a drabble or two now to regain my sanity!
