I found the entire Quantum Leap panel from Dragon*Con online! I missed this panel simply because I didn't see it in the program and I was so bummed! But through the miracle of the internet, I can watch now. SQUEE! It's in four parts, covering the entire thing. Thank you Project Quantum Leap!

they said it was the first time they were together in 15 years, but i thought they did a couple of QL conventions?

I'm just going with what they said and what the QL sites said. I couldn't say if they've done others or not. I suspect they have, but not together.
