When I was in college, I had a VHS tape of Jedi that I kept right next to my VCR. Well, okay, it wasn't really my VCR - I had borrowed it on a semi-permanent basis from my then-boyfriend (who did get it back later, thank you) to tape the daily reruns of The X-Files until I had them all - but that's beside the point. The point is that I kept that Jedi tape at the ready and wound to a certain point nearly exactly fifteen minutes from the end of the trilogy. And when I had a few minutes over lunch or between classes, I'd watch it. When I didn't have time for an episode of TXF or a nap, I'd recharge with the final fifteen minutes of Jedi, starting with: "You cannot hide forever, Luke" and ending with "YUB-NUB!"
So it's hard for me not to just pick "the last fifteen minutes" as my answer. That section of Jedi has everything: an epic space battle, Wedge Antilles, Han and Leia role reversal, and the fantastic body language of the underrated Dave Prowse. Still if one scene is wanted, one scene it is. I can't find a suitable picture right now, but nine words, folks. Nine. Words.
"I am a Jedi. Like my father before me."
