Generosity
Mar. 17th, 2010 11:25 pmSo: I came across this song a few years back during the American Presidential election. It popped into my fron today, for reasons that will become obvious if you watch the vid. And because I'm a generous person, I'm going to share my earworm with you! Happy Saint Patrick's Day!
Oh, and there are several more "musical" versions of this song on the web (it's by the Corrigan Brothers, AKA Hardy Drew and the Nancy Boys) but I just had to go with this guy - it takes guts to do it this way, and it's just, well...old school. This Ulster Scot approves! (Yes, I'm "Scotch-Irish," as the American term goes, and this reminds me of my granpa! When I was young, he sang like this a lot. And I mean a lot.)
