(Yes, my sister and I have impromptu phonetic-alphabet spelling bees when we're bored. Which at some point usually involve saying "Kilo India Lima Lima Tango Hotel Echo Papa Uniform Romeo Papa Lima Echo Delta India November Oscar Sierra Alpha Uniform Romeo!!!", for unknown reasons.)

I think I'm getting better at reading this way. Yours was easy!

And that scares me a bit...hm...though I do quite agree with that second sentiment. Or at least I did back in the day.

I understand. However, I merely meant that we are no longer saturated by him, and thus my negative feelings have been largely purged.

And frankly, he's better than BooBahs or Teletubbies, but I guess it's all relative. I'll stick to monsters who actually eat cookies, thanks.

Oh, and then there's Death to Smoochy, which we probably wouldn't have without Barney, so...we do owe him there.

I absolutely adored 'Death to Smoochy'!

My loathing of Barney has not diminished, but it didn't grow out of saturation. I only saw him occasionally, but I hated him on sight.

Me, too. Wonderful movie.

As for the rest, I understand. I did, too. I merely meant that he has come and gone, thus I no longer think of him at all, which is lovely!

I beg to differ that he's better than teletubbies. Po is the best. Plus that sly tinky winky. :)

yes, I spent an great deal of time tuning out teletubbies but I couldn't take barney. not at all!

That's a valid point. It is easier to tune out Teletubbies.

And they make great fun at one in the morning. (They showed Teletubbies and Boobah back to back at midnight when I lived in TX. It was totally stoner TV.)
