I hear ya. It's a load of crap. And I don't follow it like I used to, but I still watch some American college football.
And I caught the tail end of this game, courtesy of second-hand viewing from the hubby. I watched Vandy take the lead on a field goal with about 4.5 minutes left and not give it up. Let's not talk about a 500 team in a bowl, etc...but rather a nice, clean game from a team that had every reason to be bitter and out of control.
