Not that there's much thinking involved. Revenge of the Sith. Bar none. No question. Minus the last ten minutes, of course.

Why? Oh, but that's easy.

"You were supposed to bring balance to the Force, not leave it in darkness! You were my brother, Anakin! I loved you!"

Oh, Obi-Wan. *dies*

And when he picks up that lightsaber? Oh, be still my heart. Yes, ROTS is a decent movie. It's not great, but it's decent, and Obi-Wan? Well, he's far more than decent in it, so it's the only possible choice here.
