Rumors and Not So

A little bird with feathers of a brownish color attended a small Joss Whedon panel at a New York City Apple Store yesterday and now it's singing.  Apparently, Joss himself has confirmed that both Alan Tudyk and Felicia Day will be appearing in his new show Dollhouse.  This Felicia tidbit brings to mind a post I've meant to make for a while.

If you don't watch The Guild, watch The Guild.

If you're into the internet, geek culture, or (especially) gaming at all, this show will make you LOL or maybe even LYAO or ROTFL.  And the episodes are roughly 6-8 minutes long.  Not much to invest and easy to watch between other things.  (Which is online entertainment's best draw for me.  Sitting down for an hour, or even half an hour, is tough for me.  Besides, Felicia Day is Wil Wheaton's friend, so...yeah.)

Felicia and her supporting cast are outstanding, and much like its superstar little brother Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog, The Guild is all about putting the power in different hands.  It's original online television, and it's as independent as it gets.

Take a peek.  If you like what you see, have a seat and stay a while.

Kelly made me watch all of The Guild's first season in one sitting and now we watch it weekly on the big screen thanks to the XBox. I've grown to love it even though I'm not a gamer, but Mom to a gamer.

Awesome! I love it. I don't really game, either, but did when I was younger. But even without gaming, the show is a ton of fun!
