Have to agree to but in the end, Mal reaches out his arm to the beat up Han on the ground. Helps him up and they commence to drinking and whinging about their crews, 2nd in command,their foe, and most importantly, their respective women.

Hm...I'd have to think about that...I do love the idea of some sort of (shaky) alliance, but I'm not sure it would happen. Hm...

Re: 2ICs - oh, hell yes. Fun, that one. Though I'm not sure Zoe and Chewie have that much in common. Except for the fact that they could most certainly have an interesting conversation regarding their captains!

Re: Foes - dead similar, of course. Well, minus the whole Empire killing everyone thing. The Alliance doesn't do much of that by the time we knew Mal.

Re: Women - well, Mal doesn't have one if we only consider canon...and Han has just started down that path...hm...
