This is What a Geek Looks Like
Think Geek recently tweeted a link to this blog, a study in what scientists actually look like, and I absolutely adore it. I am thinking of submitting a photo, in fact. But for now, I share this one with you.
Because this is what a geek looks like.
Me, circa 2004, in one of my favorite photos ever. Yes, I was a practicing veterinarian completely obsessed with Stargate SG-1 at this time. But fear not, if I submit to the blog, I'll do so using a pic from when I was an actual scientist. You know, when I chopped up DNA full time and did this part time. *grin*
