And I'll add my voice to Spock's here. If anyone here is ever in a place where they cannot see the light at the end of the tunnel because of their sexuality, I will stand by you. I will fight for your rights until my dying breath. And for any of you out there who care about such things, it's not because I am "one of them." I am not LGBT. But I am a human being. And I cannot stand by and let my brothers and sisters suffer at the hands of a society that condemns them for nothing. Absolutely nothing. I have said many times here that I believe that one day we will all be free, but until that time, I stand next to Zachary Quinto and the other warriors of the It Gets Better campaign, because I simply cannot accept that it won't. It will get better. I promise. Nothing lasts forever, and good will eventually triumph over this evil. This too shall pass. I truly believe that, and I hope you can, too, if the time ever comes that you need to. I'll stand by you.

Thanks. I've seen a few of these vids over the past few days, and honestly, they make me angry, sad, and proud all at once. Angry and sad about the situation our LGBT youths (and adults) find themselves in, and proud that there are those among us who will stand up for them.
